“Let your horse be a horse and let him enjoy the great outdoors – it is where he was meant to live. I often take my training out on the trail. The horses enjoy it and so do I.
A trail ride is a great place to start your training time or ending it out where the birds are singing and the air is fresh. All of my horses have been ‘good trail horses’ first. And I am not talking about groomed trails – I mean rough terrain, steep hills, crossing streams etc. Being a lover of the great outdoors, I combine my two passions – horses and Nature.”
