To teach my horse the Whoa I have to teach him to Go.
By closing the gate at the end of the trail, I cut off my forward energy and take the slack out of the rein. with one sharp Whoa he has to stop.
I Do not want to take my horse desired to go FORWARD!
So every time I said WHOA, I said 10 times GO!
